We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return.

Due to the nature of our product, Lavande Smile whitening strips are a personal care / hygiene product. For health and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns if the product has been opened, used, unsealed, or removed from its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unopened and unused
  • sealed in its original packaging
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for whitening strips that have been opened, used, unsealed, or removed from their original packaging.

We also do not accept returns due to personal preference, change of mind after opening, or dissatisfaction after the product has already been used.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
